Is it suitable for dogs as well as cats?
Yes. All PawSpout fountains work for cats and dogs. For larger dogs or several pets, we recommend the 4 L or 7 L model.
How often should I clean the fountain?
Rinse the bowl and pump about once a week with warm water and mild soap. Disconnect from power before cleaning and keep the electronics dry.
How often should I replace the filter?
Every 2–4 weeks, depending on how many pets use the fountain. Each fountain has its own replacement filter pack — €30 per pack.
Is the fountain noisy?
The pumps are designed for quiet operation. Keeping the water above the minimum level keeps them at their quietest.
