How often should I change the filter?
We recommend replacing the filter every 2–4 weeks, depending on how many pets use the fountain. Find the matching filter pack for your fountain.
How do I clean the fountain?
Rinse the stainless steel bowl and pump weekly with warm water and mild soap. Keep the pump and electronics out of the dishwasher.
Which size is right for my pet?
2.2 L suits one cat or small dog, 3.2–4 L works well for two pets, and 7 L is ideal for multi-pet homes or larger dogs.
